It also depends on LOCATION of removed fibroid and not actually on size...if location is near tubal openings ...then surgery or healing afterwards may damge opening of tubes.
Chances are also less when MULTIPLE firoids were removed.

If Pregnancy occurs...There are chances of RUPTURE UTERUS "during" labour....and therefore C. section is must if pregnancy is post myomectomy
