I'm 9 weeks too. Don't worry - you will be feeling all these new and strange things and everyone reacts in a slightly different way. It is down to the huge rise in hormones which will effect your stomach and uterus and can also make you feel more emotional and wound up. My midwife said it is a healthy sign if you are feeling like that as it means the hormones are kicking in as they should - she worries more about people who feel 'normal' at 9 weeks. What work for me is:
- Eat little and often rather than big meals - just nibble some plan biscuits or crackers every two hours or so.
- Don't eat things you don't fancy. Carbohydrates are good at helping the sickness - toast/cereal/chips - whatever you can take. If you eat you will feel a bit better.
- Lying down makes me feel worse - get some fresh air and keep busy
I have bought som travel sickness bands from the phjarmacy which help and some Gaviscon or indigestions tablets. Just check they are ok to take if pregnant.
Sipping hot drinks or coke. A warm hot water bottle on your stomach
Don't be afraid to ask your GP or midwife for a phone number so you can call them if you are at all worried . Mine are fantastic and supportive and don't mind answering the weirdest worry.
I try to keep in mind that every week things will change and none of the symptoms lasts for longer than a few weeks.
Good luck! There are thousands of us out there in the same position and who have been through it!

at the same time as this is actual your physique is making waiting for delivery, being vulnerable with consistent issues and dizziness isn't component of the physique making waiting for delivery, make certain you keep small nutrition and snacks available because it sounds as in case your Blood Sugar is on the low part. relax as much as available maximum suitable now including your ft up...if the headache persists, your Blood tension could be checked, stay hydrated and out of the warmth.in case you at every time start to run a fever call your Midwife or OB...~~Aloha and better of luck~~

You're going through hormonal changes. It's normal and sometimes makes you feel 'icky'.
Get some rest, drink your fluids and try soda crackers or Tums for your tummy.
Hope this helps.
