Click on the little pencil on the left side of the toolbar.
Click on "Toolbar Options"
Go to the middle section, and clear the box next to "enable auto complete".

Click the down button on the toolbar search window.
Click on "clear".

I'd go in on Control Panel, uninstall the toolbar. Then, reinstall and 'make sure' the 'auto complete' button is unchecked. If you don't read every little thing on this download, you'll get something that you don't want. Don't be hasty when downloading anything on your computer.

I downloaded a brand new tool bar yesterday and you can create it to put what you want on it. See Yahoo.com
