Weight gain is a difficult thing as weight loss. I have seen people eat 5-6 times a day tummyfull with calorie rich content for 2-3 months with not even pound increase in weight.
It is not how much you eat but how much of it has your body retained /obsorbed. A normal person if he does not do any physical excercise and eats meat it would take him 18 hrs to fully digest it. But who keepts the food in tummy for 18 hrs. The point is most of the calorie rich food you have goes undigested.
The best way to gain good weight needs time. 15 days is too short time. Start a routine which includes physical excercise and good nutricious food. The excercise should burn the amount of calories you consumed only then your body will start gaining weight. Your excercises should include all sorts of workout.

Eat starchy foods...I mean a lot of fatty stuff. Do no exercise. Just slouch in front of the TV and gorge on pizzas, burgers and areated drinks. U gain weight....but u will also bloat like a balloon.

Else take up weight training...build ur muscles.

i could never gain weight, always at 115lbs and im 5'5". but then after i graduated from high school i took a year off, from everything! anyway, i remeber going out to eat alot, my parents are divorced and i remember days when i would go out to eat lunch with dad then about 3 hour later go out to eat again with mom. in all, i was eating 5 square meals a day! i was also exercising, not much cardio, but a lot of weight lifting and i did bellydance. i went from 115 to 135 within a month.
so, eat eat fatty rich food, like at resturants, eat six square meals a day, and lift weights
that will definatly do it!!
