I want to change the filtering of the safesearch, but it just won't change, maybe my husband disabled me from doing so (or is there a way I can do it myself?), I do not know.

Why do you want to allow garbage into your home? I have my internet/browsing set to moderate safe. I can find anything I need and not have to worry about accidently landing in a cesspool.
My guess is that you are actually a kid, trying to circumvent your parent's rightfull authority.

from your explorer, go to Tools>Internet option and then choose the security tag, but most of the time there is a password to be able to change this setting

go to google click on advanved and click turn of safe safe search
