According to the link below, Hot Stuff has been out of circulation since 1994. It's too bad, too, because I used to love ready Hot Stuff comics more than those of other Harvey characters like Casper & Wendy. I'd hoped that when they did the Casper movies a few years ago, a Hot Stuff feature would be in the works, but apparently this isn't the case at this point in time.

I haven't seen those since the 60s. In fact I had completely forgotten them. I think they were published byn the same firm that produced "Casper the Friendly Ghost" comics. There was a Casper movie made in the 90s.
