Pick the mote out of your own eye. If all the liberals are so full of hate and contempt on this site, they would be reported and have to sneak in the back door and, my goodness, even have different identities. Maybe it's because they only phrase their hate filled Ideology as Answers .
Of course, we are just a microism of the population on Answers. But, if we had percentages of who is the most hate filled, contemptuous, anti Constitution, theocratic and bloodthirsty participants, it would prove your demeaning statement false.

Why do you lie and distort things? You don't give a single example of what we supposedly hate.

You wouldn't know the truth if it bit you in the a-s. Clinton was the closest to taking out Bin Laden. He missed killing Bin Laden in a tomahawk strike by less than 15 minutes. Bush stopped american soldiers from capturing OBL in Tora Bora because he wanted our Afghan allies to get the credit. By the time they got there and were staged, which was about 2 days later, OBL was in Pakistan. Clinton got the people who were responsible for the '93 WTC bombings. And he did it LEGALLY. Something the Bush adminstration doesn't believe in.

When Clinton was offered Bin Laden, they had no LEGAL grounds to hold him.

When Clinton tried to set up a program to monitor terrorist calls within the provisions of the FISA court, who were the ones that quickly attacked his plan? Republicans. Especially some guy named John Ashcroft. The same man who helped advise the Administration to circumvent the FISA court all together.

Though I don't like Clinton, he had more respect for the office of the President than Bush has.

The Iraq invasion was a mistake. Though we did have grounds to do it. The INC, led by Ahmed Chalabi, was suspect under the Clinton administration. Their stories kept changing. BushCo, believed them and trotted them out every chance they got. Bush even tapped Chalabi as the head of the new Iraqi government, even though Jordan had convicted him of embezzlement. It was the INC that painted this rosy picture of how quickly we would be in and out of Iraq. Other experts told the Adminstration it wouldn't be that simple. Guess who he believed.

The INC has also been helping the insurgency and have forged closer ties with Tehran.

We never finished the job we started in Afghanstan. The Taliban has re-emerged and now control about 1/3 of the country. Warlords that helped overthrow them, are now their allies. Afghanistan is now the number 1 producer of opium in the world. It accounts for almost 60% of the opium sold in the world. President Karzai is nothing more than a glorified mayor. He can't even leave his capital. Every few months a representative of the Afghan government has to come here and beg for the funds we promised them.

Afghanistan could have been a success, but this administration was too quick to invade Iraq. Piss poor planning was the rule of the day. Billions of dollars are missing from the reconstruction fund. Those that have shown any competence have been shuttled to the side. Those that have no clue what they are doing, get rewarded.

The only ones who have hate and contempt for the american people are the cons. Look at Bush's domestic policy. His prescription drug policy is a joke. His No Child Left Behind Act is a farce. His tax "cuts" are responsible for EXTENDING the recession and account for almost HALF of the federal deficit. 9/11 is only responsible for one-third. He's holding innocent men and children without charges. He wilfully ignores the laws that he swore to uphold. He hasn't made this country any safer. He's pushed to pass discriminatory laws (gay marriage).

You know you're in trouble when he praises you. While he was praising the firefighters and police in the U.S. he cut funding for those very same departments.

While he was praising the men and women of the armed forces, he has cut the funding for veterans benefits.

He's also violated people's right to free speech by calling anyone who dissents from his point of view as terrorist sympathizer. More people have been arrested protesting his speeches, people protesting in a non-violent manner, thn at any other time.

As a liberal, and as someone who served this country, I can't stand for that. I swore an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States "from all enemies, both foreign and domestic..." That was an oath that I took in all seriousness.

I believe in less government, conservatives believe that the government should regulate what goes on between two CONSENTING adults. I believe that states should have the right to pass laws that help the people. Conservatives believe that states can only pass laws they like. I believe that the Social Security program needs fixed, but not at the expense of the elderly and mentally handicapped. I believe that we need to enforce the laws we have instead of passing laws that are just as ineffective. I believe that our government should answer to the people, not our people answer to the government.

Your questions make no sense at all. You post questions that say Democrats should be tried as terrorist sympathizers then have the intelligence to post liberals are full of "hate and contempt"? How hypocritical can you get??

You conservatives are just as guility of that same hatred and contempt towards the liberals as you are proclaiming the liberals are. You constantly call the Democrats "anti-American", "feminazis", "Democraps", "libtards", etc. You guys are worse because you like to crybaby about the "mean" liberals while taking no responsibility for your own hatred towards the left. Give me a break!

Why is it that you are so un informed and un educated?
Republicans hate S.S., they want to end it. Republicans hate Women and Children, they don't care if they have Health Insurance. That's 44 million Americans. Republicans hate the UN they want America out. Republicans think it's OK to take bribes. Republicans think it's OK to lie as Bush does. Republicans love war, they love the money it makes defense contractors and stocks they own in them. Republicans love killing, they think it's OK that in Iraq over 300,000 civilians are dead since desert storm. Get a clue. Liberals are the very least of your problems. BTW, as you can see from above post, Republicans also love the (ABC) liar. The ABC story is not true, they have admitted it's fiction.

Except for the American liberals, that is.
If I were you, I wouldn't look at just the liberals when it comes to hating the American people. There's a few Europeans, Asians and Folks in the Middle East that don't get that warm and fuzzy feeling about Americans either.......maybe a Canadian or two, too.

Oh-oh. somebody left the gate open and the trolls have been given out of /b... Didja think of that in line with danger Republicans dislike the undesirable welfare class with the aid of fact they have been created with the help of the opposing occasion to furnish it extra votes? I propose, the war on Poverty has taken various money from working people and performed rather no longer something interior the way of reducing poverty or educational overall performance.

Well, it's mainly because they are from the 'aw, look at that FACE' school on foreign policy, batty air-heads that are really emotional about their concepts about things. I think a lot of it is the issue that we've come pretty far in america compared to a lot of countries, and they see all the starving kids in Whereverstan
and they think we have an obligation to run right out and spend tens if not hundreds of billions of dollars on repairing their dysfunction for them. What they fail to understand, I think, is that
we've done that already for decades, sending billions out of our country for god-knows-what, it's not quite communism but it's in the same section of the book, at any rate, some of them have really put the hurt on america now to the point where WE have regions in OUR country that most closely resemble the conditions prevalent IN third world countries.

Another way to think about that is to do a simple problem of averages:

Take 15 dollars, now add it with:
-3 dollars
-8 dollars
-62 dollars
and -128.60.
Average all these numbers together.

Now, repeat that exercise with your wallet, and then go try and pay your electric bill.

The United States is in Deep Debt, about 8.5 trillion bux. Opinions vary on that, but suffice it to say if it was your credit card bill, you'd have someone knocking on your door 24/7 and hanging out where you work.

We've been set up for failure here, by years of 'giveitawaynow' policy. This war is just an extension of all that garbage.
They've all focused on how much they can get out of america,
demonizing our citizens is just one small 'componement' of all of this. We've been lied to, manipulated, marketed, overtaxed, under-represented, buffaloed, and generally led around by the nose by some fast-talking, highly motivated, unethical, irresponsible, and bluntly spoken heartless people. All they know is, they have their ambitions, their agenda, their sacred cows, and anyone that doesn't agree with em is 'the devil' or equivalent. Welcome to the 21st century...we do live in 'interesting times', and I guess it's noble to want to help people, but at the same time, there's also something to be said for preserving our own country while doing so. The 'selling of america' is well underway,
be sure to thank your representatives in November...
