There is one good thing I can assure you off. If you go to any recognised English University and you intend to work in the United Kingdom after wards You will be fine. One important thing you must remember is that if you are a foreigner make sure the qualification you get is recognised and can be registered in your country of origin as Bristish nurse training is different from other countries. A good example is you may have problems registering in South Africa and Zimbabwe as these countries have general nursing 4 years and 3 years full time traing before you can brach into specialoised branches of nursing. They believe you have to be a compentent Registered General Nurse before you can specialise. In the UK you can specialise straight from away. I have worked uk nurses from different UK colleges / Universities the compence seems to be the same to me which means the nursing schools provide the same traing with a basic agenda. Also you can make a list of the Universities you want to go to and then check they rating in google. You can just type in best universities or UK university ratings. Remeber in life if you love what you want to do and work hard on it you will always be good regarless of where you do your training.
