What's the point in asking questions like "What's the capital of Ethiopia?" when you can get much better answers, and much less annoying answers in a shorter time in good ol' Google? What's the point???

Well then, come to that, what's the point of this question? Guess I have a lot of time to kill.

It can be enjoyable when you get genuine answers from people. Also it is a way to interact with other nations and gets your brain thinking. It's good to know what kind of things other people want to know as well.

Google is excellent for procuring information yet now after which you like very own opinion. working example, I googled and located thousands of barbeque sauce recipes yet then I asked right here on Yahoo solutions and that i've got been given some stable ones, yeah, yet 2 that have been rather magnificent. Having very own opinion helped. Plus maximum folk in this website are basically lonely or bored so they have exciting seeing what we, the answerers, write at an identical time because it rather is purely a gadget at google.

I think people find Y! answers, have some fun with it, and then out of habit post questions like that, because their used to the format. Who knows, they prolly do Google the answer- they just want to hear what crazy stuff people will come up with. Sometimes very straightforward questions still pull in wild answers.

Google doesnt help me when I have questions related to my lil town in India, but other people from India do on yahoo answers. Google is only for US citizens or if you want global information. It doesnt help people living in other countries who need specialized local information.
