I think one on one interview is a good way to do an interview. It is more relax and easier to build a connection. Just try to be ease and assume the interviewer as a serious chat friend, you'll be fine.

DON"T.. do anything alone if you don't know you can trust the other person. They could accuse you of something you did not do. The battle that follows is considered your word agains't there's and so the law will need some 'facts' to make a decision. Someone will start snooping around in your personals to find some facts that will help determine if you have integrity or not. Believe me.. everyone has something in thier closet that will help someone pin you. Do an interview one on one.. but have a witness :) enjoy!
