this is a harmful. you cannot do thi sin 15 days. even yuo can do this in just 3 or 4 months. try it
drink a lot of water daily, and try jogging, yoga or some light walki8ng
try salads instread of any othetr diet and ytou will get result in 3 or 4 months. bu t remember 15 days this is just harmful, do not try any of the harmful medicine or belts etc, for this.
