Love is a many splending thing. There's many kinds of love. There's first love, that usually the one you remember the most in your youth and adulthood. There's unrequitted love, when someone you love doesn't love you back. There's true love, that's everlasting with the one you love. First love and true love makes you feel special and tingly all over; you see your future, esp. for true love, and know that he/she is the one. Unrequitted love makes you feel burnt and shattered and deflated like a balloon.

There are many kinds of love.
I love Bacon Cheeseburgers.
I love to drive fast.
I love a good guitar solo.
Then there is the more emotional kind of love.
I love my children to the point that I would die for them or kill for them.
I love my parents to the point that I can't imagine life without them.
I love my wife with a burning passion, and the thought of her stirs deep and primal feelings in my soul.

makes you feel like you can give your entire life and your very next breath for the one you love. it's unconditional love, tied with unconditional trust as well. and you have to think very deeply before you give that kinda love to anybody.
