I have accidently got a small mark on my top any ideas how to move it thanks for any replies

Pre Treat it. let it soak for a few hours or Use vinegar and let it soak then use a tooth brush on it to remove the stain then wash it.

1/2 cup of colorax bleach 2
1/4 cascade
1 gallon of hot water
soak for 8 hours then wash in the same water the clothes have been soaking in.
this will get almost everything. i have not had a stain that wouldnt come out this way. good luck on removing the marker.

you can remove stain of marker by using the proper detergent powder.

if it's really "permanent" how can you remove it? if it's just a mark you can remove it by applying bleach
