how can you get internet access in france if you dont have a phone line or bank account is wifi possible??

If you live in france you need standard telephone access to use the internet but i wonder if its possible to use a credit card to use a wi fi connection thus avoiding hte problem of bank account / telephone line provider

Several solutions :

Use wifi in hotels, restaurants, etc

Get a card to use the online service at larger post offices

Use a cyber cafe
