Last night my husband had a dream There was a doctor at my house when he came home from work and he asked what the doctor what was going on and the doctor told him, "your wife has cancer" Waht could this dream mean? We have been going through a rough patch in our life the past couple of weeks, but last night before we slept we had made peace and were happy with eachother. Could anyone possibly give me possible meanings of this dream. Thanks.

Seeing a doctor (without looking for one) in a dream is usually good; it's about wanting to heal a situation in your life or looking to an authority figure for help.

Cancer can sometimes refer to a situation in your life that you've allowed to fester.

So ultimately I'd say your husband's dream was basically a symbol of what's been happening in your life together. The doctor worked as the means to open the discussion about your current "rough patch" and that allowed you both to talk about it without the emotional attachment to the situation. The desire to be together and help each other won out.

Everyone has rough patches, that's why it's called marriage. Good luck.

I think the dream is literal. Usually I dont think this about dreams. I would look for breast cancer and look for a specialist. most regualar MD's dont know how to do a good breast exam. Examine your own by checking in the armpits, the "centinal Node" which would be a small bump in the creases above the clavicle. MOve your arms in different positions and curl your chest forward while looking in the mirror. I find that using soap and doing it in the shower is the best. 1 in 7 women develop breast cancer some time in your life.

Also get a pap smear to check for cancer if you may have genital herpess. Proably not thou,

good luck

It is dream of anxiety.

doctor = needing advice, support
sickness, cancel = scared of death, worries, anxiety.

Basically, your husband is under some sort of stress. By projecting you having cancel could mean that he subconsciously either put the blame on himself for something he has done in real life. That may be a sense of evasion of guilt conscience. He may be feeling something not so right in reality. Therefore, he had this vent it out in dream. This is out of conscience. He may not realize it; however, our subconscious mind often implies what we are thinking of.

Dreams are more individual than general. A specific of this case would be the dream about cancer, he could subconciously be afraid of losing you, or because of the rough times he could have a subconcious desire to bring a permanent end to it.

The doctor represents your husbands' 'gut instinct'.

Your husband's gut instinct is telling him that you have 'cancer'

The 'cancer' is something you don't need in your life. Your husband sub-conciously resents a quality in your character that is going to kill him emotionally, in the same way cancer kills.

Are you too possessive? Do you nag your husband? Are you a cold woman? Your husband sees in you a threat to his mental health. This quality inside of you will kill the relationship if you do not address it........

I think in the process of making peace with you he was reminded of how lucky he is to have you, and how sad he would be if you weren't around anymore. So I would look at it as a good dream.

And a good morning!
