For example, I told you I'm going to the store.
and you asked me to repeat myself, I may say "I told you I'm driving to the store. I know that I hardly ever repeat the same exact thing I said the first time.

What do you think this means about me? Does it just me that I can my mind alot or does it me something more or less?

Might be you are not confident enough in your answer. But you should not be more concerned about you. Other people tend to form impression based on their own colored mind. Only thing is that you act as if you have full of confidence in giving answer - whether first or second answer. It works with "as if"

i see u slightly change ur question. maybe you need to relax when u speak. do u: speak @ a low volume, feel ignored, hold ur head down when u speak, only speak when it is necessary. u may just be shy. do u fabricate a lot then try to cover it up? what you what to say is made up in ur mind but it comes out differently.

I change the wording, saying exactly the same sentence again sounds weird to me.

Maybe you don't feel confident enough in the first answer OR you feel they simply don't get it and elaborate on what you said to help them understand.
