You need to re-write this question because in English we cannot understand it yet- I cannot understand it anyway.
It seems an interesting question. Try again.

People behave naturally to the happenings, eventhough from the heart, but show that glimpse of act, which is derived from the feeling of "I know I am supposed to overdo it because if I let myself behave the way I would naturally without boundaries, I might be rejected and criticized accompanied by a feeling of guilt and shame and eventually worsening the whole situation."
We are all in a struggle for a better self. We can't let our Id control our behavior; the superego should be alert to turn us into responsible, caring, and respectful human beings. The superego generates the glimpse of act because what we really feel is what's in the Id. A world without a superego is a mess. That glimpse of act is the trainer that will make you reach the highest form of good.

A novel of 700 pages with fictitious characters can actually be written only when you live along among all those characters while writing takes 1-2-3 years to complete. So, actually writer is living real life but also acting full time for the script / novel.

Wrishaba, it is not that some one acts. It is quiet natural for and ordinary human. But if you have a fair idea about life and its short commings, then you will some mental readiness to avoid acting.
But it is instantaneous emotional words and body language which you could be saying as acting.
After all all our emotions and feelings are based on our exposure and what we understand and accept from all acts in our life from morning to night.
I think i am clear. Bye

If i have it correct, you mean "Is acting in real life possible" and my answer would be "yes" if you are an expert at "faking it". Some people are great con-artists and they have an "act" for every moment, but it is an "act" because they normally do it to gain something for themselves. BUT, even the best of the best of actors cannot beat our intuition.

Yes, it is possible. We are always advised by our spiritual Masters to be a righteous person, for which we must have control over our instinctive minds and we should like to do what we need to do and not necessarily, only what we like to do. As such, we, are definitely; actors on the stage of our world and in the drama enacted by our destiny.

putting your thoughts into action is acting, and acting starts with an early stage from the day of birth! So we are all acting in our life through out!

?
I'm not sure what your question is.
Are you talking about "real life" people or actors on stage/screen?
Some people are very good at pretending. Some are not as good as others, and you can see it easily.
There are good actors and then there's Ben Affleck.
