i have a round broad face, thin very straight shoulder lenght hair, small eyes kinda big nose and slightly pouty lips.i also wear glasses but can't get rid of them rite now. any suggestions 2 improve my look?

ok, i dont know how old you are, but i'm a cosmatologist and i can give you some tips. first, i also had a round broad face when i was younger. it wasnt until i was 22 that it started to look more chisled and i started showing cheekbones. if your young, just give it time and your face will define more. look at your mom and grandma, look at your ethnic background, this will give you a sense of pride in who you are. also, what i did was find models and actresses who have the same sort of features for round or broad face the best inspiration is kirsten dunst, or julia stiles.
now here is what you should do with your hair
DONT CUT IT!!!!! short hair is cruel to us cherebed faced girls.
what you need is fullness, especially at the crown. if your hair is stick straight and you hate styling it, i would suggest a perm. but please NO AT HOME PERMS!!! you go to a professional. when i was younger i would looked at other girls hair and if i saw one with beautiful curls i would ask her if it was a perm and who did it.
some stylist SUCK at perming, so be carful. but curls and height at the crown will do wonders on a round face.
now for the eyes, it is best for small eyes not to use to much liner, it makes them smaller. and masscara is your best friend.
now the nose, love your nose for who he is, it just gives you character. look at jessica simpsons nose, or sarah jessica parker.
the lips, make poutier with gloss, and flaunt em
the glasses, i dont really need glasses but i wear a cool pair anyway because glasses are the coolest accessory. you should find yourself some cool frames go to a lensecrafters site for ideas.

I am sure that you are way prettier than you give your self credit for, women are always very critical of themselves.
A cheap way of getting a new haircut is to volunteer to be a model for a trainee hairdresser - you do take a bit of a chance but most people end up with something pretty cool.

A light lipstick to soften the lips, open rim glasses to show your face more, a body treatment for the hair and enjoy the day...See, these thing have nothing to do with surgery, and it's not needed.

wel..iv got kinda da same features except da face structure...if u want to DESPERATELY luk gud..wel..what i do is ..
lip gloss (a color dat suits u)
get a nice hair cut..shape da hair..get a fringe ..since ur is straight ..(u cn evn use ne volume increasin shampoo or perm ur hair which iznt advisable..)
glasses..dude..i hve glasses n believe me..if u choose da rite frame..ul luk lyk a rockstar..see preity zinta..itz just da frame. get a nice frame of correct size n not too small
nose u cant really do much . Even i hve a kinda large nose..so who cares.... n eyes can b made to luk large by a nice thick eye liner though dat doesnt hold for every1...
wel ..daz all..but one thing iz..its lip gloss dat works wonderz..get da right one dat makes ur lips naturally pretty n glossy..wel..happy makeova!!..adios!

It's all just a matter of personal preference. We have short hair and guys like it. And i prefer a guy with short hair over a guy with long hair because long tresses tends to make guys look also girly.

Beauty is what you perceive of yourself...Its not about other's opinion of you. Be confident, like what you have, exude confidence and professionalism in dressing up, carrying yourself and in your interactions with others. I am sure soon you will be that beautiful Swan you want to be.

What will your friends say? Your true friends will say you have changed for good or bad... If you change your looks, are you ready for the challenge that is ahead of you. THe challenge being, who will be your true friends when they will say something like "you are pretty"... is that what you want to known for? Just Pretty?
