the other day i saw a specil on TV of some 9-11 footage of the twin towers and it showed what looked like dummies falling out of the windows down the side of the building ,my question is were those actualy humans!? , i mean im prity sure it was real footage ... i saw it in a specil but i was also wondering if theres any footage of just that out there for download somewhere?? , thanks

Yes, they were real people.
Try a CBS News site search -- they released a DVD not long after 9/11.
