Where are you based?
In the US, UK and even Australia an MSc in mathematics is not recommended. A PhD is your best option for better career choices. BSc grads are employed higher than MSc grads in mathematics, this is probably because most good colleges don't offer MSc programs for Mathematics.
In the US, MIT, Berkeley, Chicago, Carnegie-Melon, Princeton all have highly rated mathematics programs.
In the UK, Cambridge has the best mathematics courses and the University of London is a good choice too.
In Australia I like the University of Sydney program, the University of Melbourne program is quite rigorous too. You might also want to try out ANC and Queensland.
Germany has a whole lot of good colleges for math like Gottingen and Berlin. France too.
In Japan the Kyushu university is pretty good.
Hope this helps in making a decision.

IIT Madras has a very good MSc Maths course. You might try that, entrance is through JMET.
