I used to clean them and sterilize them after patients had them removed. The saline would leak and they would smell like rotten fish. We had just as many removal surgeries as we did implants. I would rather have a muscle lift than implants unless you were really old and didnt have to worry about the risks of implants.

I don't have them, but I know three women - a mother, daughter and the daughter's sister in law- who do. The mother - who is well into her sixties now - HAD to have hers removed because they leaked and were toxifying her system. She was getting very sick from them because she had them a long, long time. Hers looked weird though - even with clothing on they looked like two hard balls stuck on her chest. The daughter, who is in her early mid forties, has them since a year or so after the birth of her 2nd child who is 23 now. Until she told me they weren't real I thought they were natural. The sister in laws? Oh my god, they are ENORMOUS. I met her at my friend's daughter's wedding and they were gross---too huge for her body.
I have considered getting them myself but the surgery scares me as it can have serious complications - infection, leaks, lopsided breasts, among other things. This stuff requires more surgery, which only adds further stress to the body. I would only want something that enhanced what I had, rather than getting breasts that looked like huge concrete balloons on my body. I think that is beyond ugly, honestly.
Meanwhile, I think I will keep what I have and avoid an invasive surgical procedure.

I know a girl with Breast implants and she told me to feel of them, so I did. Not that we are Lesbos But, anyway when I felt of them. The implants in her breast was hard as a rock. I kid you not! She told me that you have to keep getting them changed and if you don't then they turn hard. Man that would be costly! That's all. God Bless!

I do. And I regret it. They are painful, cumbersome, traps moisture underneath and in between, esp. underneath. And if you're wearing an open tank top or shirt, it does traps the food particles too. I guess it takes a lot of getting used to. But it does booster one's self confidence.
