That's a tough one for me, as I actually think they are both falsely celebrated. Moby's first album that came out, whilst having some very 'catchy' melodies in it, was actually no more than a bunch of chords repeated ad infinitum.

Slim Boy Fat on the other hand, is a complete mystery to me in terms of what his contributions are to the world of music, and basically copies other people.

Moby at least creates, Fat Head just copies, so therefore my answer is Moby.
