Let's see now. There are many meanings for the word cool.
One would be the cool air as in when ever the breeze is nice and feels on your skin, you call it cool.
Second is the cool weather. Not cold but gonna become cold.
Third is looking cool as in whenever you're wearing something dashing and everybody looks at you, you're supposed to be looking cool.
Fourth is acting cool, you know, you're like a superstar in your school, and do awesomely amazing things or just attract boys or girls like hell, that's supposed to be like tottaly rad and cool.
Fifth is stuff like what you've done to your hair, your newest outfit, or some achievement like winning a competition etc.
Sicth is a person's attitude as in he's cool with my plan.
Seventh is a person's calmness as in he's really cool when he talk to people.
Cool can be used as an exclamation or as a describing verb or simply to compliment people.
Ex- You're really cool to have asked this question.
If you're in school,college, probably the act cool and look cool would apply for you. If not, and you're some posh guy or girl working in an MNC, then it's better to just be cool in all these ways.

cool cannot be explaned, cool is a bunch of people who think they're better than everyone else, also the so called mean pretty girls/ pretty boys in your school. Thats not the case in some schools ( liike mine) BUT SOME FRIENDS FROM OTHER SCHOOLS HAVE experenced it
