well in some countries with a weak economy they intentionally make the carricilum(sp) harder so less people would pass, so not as many people would crowd universities, because there aren't enough jobs for everyone.

I doubt that happens in the USA.

if you doubt that happens in the USA why did you make it up for the rest of the world? math just gets harder as you go along i guess depending on your experience.

there is no connection between politics and maths
in world everything is by permutation and combination ( calculation)
