Do you think I should take rich diet as I am breast feeding. If I take supplements like Anmum2 I will increase more weight.

u need to take rich iron n calcium diet esp. porridge, n milk try eating fruits esp. papaya as all these foods help in milk secretion in increased amounts. u should take small quantities of food at small intervals
early morning6:00am. --- 1glass milk + dry fruits mixed prepration given to moms in India.
2-3 hrs. later veg.+ chapati+curd
2-3 hrs later -- papaya or any other fruit but 1 papaya daily is good
2-3 hrs later -- rice/ chapati + moong pulse saboot+ any veg.
2-3 hrs later --- daliya / porridge made in milk
2-3 hrs later any fruit / soup
2-3 hrs later milk + dry fruit prepration
2-3 hrs later pulse + veg.+ chapati
if u r a non vegetarian then eat any non veg once a week at least.
n in night if u feel hungry while feeding u'r kid take milk at that time .

For Desserts instead of empty calorie Apple Pie, try this recipe

Orchard Apple
2c. peeled grated apples, 2c. pineapple juice concentrate, or apple juice concentrate, 2T. corn starch, 9in. pie crust baked
Cook apples in juice, moisten cornstarch w/ 1T. water and Add to hot fruit mixture and Stir gently. Cook over low heat until glaze is clear. Cool and Pour into 9in. baked pie shell. Serve warm or cold. There are many wonderful ways to enjoy your food w/out it destroying your figure, and help you be stronger and better than before and it will help you to face the challenges of a new baby. hi best way i have found it in the past five months is walking and drink a lot of water keep a healthy diet. try to stay away from protein rich and starchy foods some are okay but smaller portions dont over -do it.

You need MORE calories when you are breast feeding. Drink more water. Exercise - walk, bike, swim etc.
