BIT COMET (what the hell is that?? some random just told me this. you can download tv shows and movies apprantly. its a torrent program.)
HERE ARE SOME CRAP ONES:
-win mx (doesnt exist anymore. you can download a patch)
-kazzaar gives you viruses
PLZ GIVE ME THE 10 POINTS, SINCE I CANT VOTE 4 MYSELF!! i really want to get to level 2.. haha.

limewire. but get free pro because its always fast download and you dont get viruses. unless you download them. search on any search engine for free limewire pro download its about 2 or 3 down the list.

Depends upon what you want, if you want something basic and easy to use to get the occasional mp3 and video then limewire (http://www.limewire.com) is the way to go.
If you're looking for larger files, such as full mp3 albums, collections of albums, movies and tv shows, torrents are the way to go, I recommend TorrentSpy (http://www.torrentspy.com/) as your search engine and ABC (http://pingpong-abc.sourceforge.net/) as your client.
Finally, if you're looking for slightly rarer things, such as e-books and hard to find mp3's, IRC is the way to go, try mIRC (http://www.mirc.com) and take a look at the Undernet server (eu.undernet.org). Try #bookz for ebooks to get yourself started.
