Do not worry much about his/her weight, but all the developmental stages. If your baby is feeling happy and doing everything a 10 months old should do, he/she is just fine. My 10 months old weights 18.5 lbs and I used to worry sick about her eating. Once I stopped making an issue of eating, she is more relaxed and eats well. If you're concerned that your baby weights too much, just make sure you offer healthy food and your little one will be just fine!

Our daughter was 19 pounds, and the doctor didn't show any concern, if you think yours doesn't weigh enough or too much ,ask your doctor. He might know whats right for your child. Cuz some children have a bigger build, while ours was quite small.

keep in mind that some babies are just smaller or bigger than average. it's not so much her weight that's important as her growth pattern. is she gaining in weight and size at the rate a child her age should? if so, she's fine.
