This argument is flawed in many ways:

1. It states that everything is full of choices without backing it up.
2. It assumes destiny exists.
3. Surviving is a choice in itself.

Even if you could simplify the question into a psychological choice between right and wrong, most people would still choose to survive.

Destiny is a concept designed to limit us, it's something we make gradually through our choices in life but when someone puts it in the form of destiny, where it is defined to be pre-defined we try to run away from destiny when it's actually something we make.
