high copay, no time, laziness, or just don't care!

I have health insurance and do not see a provider for an annual physical. I do however see a doctor for my diabetes every 3 months or so. (Mostly cause that's what the VA requires). For the most part I won't see a doctor unless something is falling off or the pain is unbearable. Probably because that's the way my father was and it just seems that the doctors are there to make you feel sick so the drug companies can sell you drugs. Then the doctor can make you come back. I don't like spending all that money if I feel fine so why bother?

Person considers themselves to be healthy -
Could be time consuming and expensive (gap in coverage and cost)
If somethings not broken why go to get it fixed?
