as soon as you know it is him on the phone do not speak to him hang up straight away and call the police, do not worry about what he says he will do if you hang up, he will proberbly not do it as once you have gone against him and put the phone down he will realise that you are starting to fight back and are not afraid of him anymore,so the pleasure of what he has put you through in the past will have been taken away from him. bullies are only bullies for as long as their victims allow them to be, once you have imformed all the appropriate authorities hopefully it will only be a matter of time before he gets whats coming to him, just remember what goes around comes around, also you must change your number and have it unlisted and if moving is not an option, then upgrade your security,( extra bolts and locks on doors and windows, spyholes in the door so you can see who is there, also a chain on the door so you can open it a bit to see more, but people can still not get in) all these things will help you to be more proactive and in charge of your own life, do not let him beat you down anymore, stop being a victim and take control of your own life. i wish you well
good luck

First you shouldn't be alone. Is there someone who can stay with you or, is there someone you could stay with? Friend, family, neighbor anyone you can trust. I don't know your age. But if your in school talk to a teacher or councilor. Look in the phone book and contact a crisis hot line. Get this out in the open and let it be known what he, and his girlfriend, have been doing to you.
This guy needs to be reported to the authorities. They will track him down. Later get a restraining order on him. Police can tell you how. Notify the phone company. Put a tap on your line or change the number. Animal cruelty should know also. For now document all the times he or her calls you. Times, dates length and nature of conversation. If you go out be especially aware of what is going on around you. He knows all about you? Well, you know something about him too. You can turn the tables. Just don't be scared. That's what they enjoy doing. These two are a menace and need to be stopped. And they can be too.

First things first you need to stay far away from him as possible, if he's doing this to animals then he can very well do it to people too! I'm an animal lover and just reading this has me bawling like a baby!
The very next thing you need to do is after you read this grab your local phone book and call your local ANIMAL POLICE! They need to know because there's no telling how many people's loved ones he's hurting or how many animals he's hurting. Remember if he's doing this it would nothing to transition to it being people he's sliding needles through!

Call the police, and tell them exactly what's going on, they can trace the calls and find him. When they do I hope they lock the sick f****r up for a long time. On the chance they don't do anything phone the phone company and explain to them that you are getting harassed and you want to change your number, if he can't call you he'll lose interest, and hopefully one day someone will stick a needle in his neck and make him squeal.

Tell him what you think he's doing is very sexy and you're flattered that he would go through the trouble of hurting an animal just to get your attention. Even though you know how much I love animals. Why don't you come over and get your gift for being so nice. When he comes to the door stab him through the ******* heart with a steak knife. heh ...or just kick him really hard in the ballz.

Rport this man he is a sick person and possibly dangerous to humans as well. Let the authorities track him down you then change your phone number or even move. Dont be out alone as he could be watching you. The animal protection ppl should be informed as well.

CHANGE YOUR PHONE NUMBER TO UNLISTED NUMBER AND DON'T GIVE IT OUT TO ANYONE. Get caller ID also.
Call the police.
Don't talk to anyone that knows him.
Change places you go too. When you go out.
Make new friends.
Move, I'm looking for a nice vegetarian girlfriend.
