I never hurt anyone nor I tend to distinguish rich and poor. I feel I am God fearing, helping and caring. Still I am not having friends !

INHIBITIONS. Try to be more outgoing. Initiate small talk. Tell jokes. Ask questions not pertaining to work. You may be too uptight and serious around your co-workers.

You must be boring as hell, especially since you are "God-fearing" which I would construe as religious.
Just joke around more and chillax. People like funny, interesting people, not boring fooks who only behave to please others.
