I dont consider either of these guys that smart. Bush obviously is no visionary, and is being carefully "minded" by right-wing cronies behind the scene. He is only a jibbering hand puppet for dark forces rarely exposed to the light of day. Bin Laden is better educated than Bush, but his strength is his fanatical belief in a variation of Shite Islam to bring about the end of the world and the rise of the 12th Imam (magically, out of a well, riding a shining horse). Ofcourse the answer is George Bush, why? The majority american people supported him in all acts he did. Forget the American people, even the United Nation supported him. The countries who didnt support him, suddenly came into social, economical and political unrest, how? i m not sure, tht his smartness.
Osama is smart but not as smart as Bush. If Osama was smarter than bush, it would be bush under hunt not osama...
