I had a gf in college who never used to wear it. When for the first time I pulled down her jeans it was a pleasant surprise.
She told me that she wears undies only during periods.
I think its the person who matters & not what he or she wears or does not wear.

if the one is a male; i'd think that his undies are all dirty or smthing. Or maybe he is crazy (doesnt it hurts from the pant)
if the one is female; i'd think that she wants to be f***ed...
