Off course Sauna belt is working, beside this you have to reduce your calorie and do some stomach tightening exercise. Best of luck.

"easiest way to reduce weight" we hear this a lot but i don`t thing is a general "you do this..." is about every person, he`s metabolism, he`s way of living... my advice: go to a medic and ask him. be very careful with the Sauna Belt don`t forget to use a gel because you can burn you

The best way is regular exercise & diet. I said diet not fasting.
--Eat the food which is having less calaries.Eat as much you require.
--No fastfoods please.
--Avoid deep fired stuff, cheese, butter, paneer, softdrinks, ALCHOHOL, chocolates & take less rice at night.
--If your tea or coffee intake is much, control it or have it with less suger.
--Drink 1-2 glasses of water before your lunch & dinner, this will reduce your hunger.
--Have 1 glass of lemon juice with 1 teaspoon of honey but no suger after brushing, then exercise. This helps to reduce weight.

Go steady & important is be CONSISTENT.
Over dieting may affect your stamina, skin & majorly it affects your metobolism system.
Belt is optioanal as in some cases it works.

The wildlife has it right (Cricket and Big Bird). There is only ONE way to lose weight... consume fewer calories than you burn. Almost all food has calories. Your homework assignment is to find out how many calories you're taking in and how many you're burning. The information you need is out there. Hint: you burn between 1600 and 2000 per day just sitting on your butt.
