It seems that black students are majority there.

No. They are HBCUs (historically black colleges and universities) and traditionally attract more African-American applicants and students than others. But they are also equal opportunity institutions and do not and cannot discriminate because of race. In some cases, the other races may get a preference because the institutions may want to increase the enrollment diversity. Try it!

No, not many whites apply there.
with the exception of Graduate schools at Howard, the vast majority of students are black, and there is a minority of carribean east indians

No, I've known several folks that aren't black with degrees from Howard.
