Does it really matter, if you don't want to answer it then don't. You can usually tell from the heading what it is about so if it's in the wrong category and you don't want to read it then don't. What's the big deal?

well, probably the reason they asked the question is because they didnt understand about what they asked. somtimes it's very vague and they just didnt know where to put the question.
e.g. i want to ask about, say, WDEREREWWSDCCZFDF, and i have no idea what it is, how do you think am i going to cathegorize it?
