Go to http://www.paypal.com/ This is a secure site and you will need to have a bank account at least. I hope that this works for you. Good luck!

Lier.......i`m African and live in Africa..Botswana ......and i always use my credit card to buy anything i need starting from clothing ,software's et.c
Your country should be underrated with No credits card...may there is no banks at all are leaving in a bush?
