I take a deep breath in and empty my mind. After that I do something to take my mind of it, like listening to soothing music, taking a hot bath, watching a movie and eating something with it.The bath works best though.

Right before I do something stressful which I can't avoid (For eg. exams), I start eating choclates.
Few hours before stressful which I am gonna do anyway (For eg. exam), I do some sort of excercise. Running and cycling is the best that I find.
Once I found that I bottled up all my stress and anger and I started yelling at people. But I dont think it is a very good solution.

First find out what is causing your stress. Then try to resolve it in a different way, contrary action. If you are afraid of failing a class, study. If you have stress about work ask for help. And how important is it that it goes your way? And ask yourself what is the worst that can happen? Also, read about your dilemma.

Find the cause of the stress, and learn how to avoid it. catch it befor it gets to big. if it is a task, dont look at the whole task to be completed at once, take little pieces at a time, small steps toward accomplishing the whole task. with people, find out exactly what it is that stresses you about them. talk to them mabey, prayfor them...usally you can change "things" but hardly ever change "people". learn to accept people.
avoid drugs or alcohol,,the problem stress will still be there tomorrow..... find a place away from people and things, to sit and "de-stress" good luck.

Move your stress or tension onto something else, like a squeeze boy or just yell it out, exercise, get some sweat or you can even find some one to talk to and talk out the problem

Depends on the stress, sometimes I might smoke cigarettes (which is bad, and not a good stress relief), sing, bite my nails, rest, close my eyes, imagine someone close to me (friend, girlfriend, relative).
