Leather polish cleaner - but these come in large bottles
try baby wipes, these usually do a good job in my car's leather - you can actually go to the auto section of some department stores and they sell car upholstery cleaning wipes too

Neets foot oil is what my employer used on leather to protect from weather. it made it softer. I use the wipes for leather cleaner. Get it at Walmart. It also moisturizes. I take it to the dry cleaners usually. Call to see if they clean leather.

saddle soap. It's made for leather. But a watch isn't something that I would bother with, not if it was my leather jacket....that's a differenct story.

you can even dab your body/face moisterizer onto the leather item (sofa/jacket/skirt), leave it to soak for a few minutes and then buff it off with a soft cotton/muslin cloth.
To maintain your leather item, dab petroleum jelly (I use vaselin) generously onto the product in question. Leave it overnight and buff it off to its' days of glory next morning with a clean muslin/soft cloth.

Take it to a specialist cleaner and get advice. I got some stuff years ago that worked wonders - it was some kind of cream. I wouldn't go with stuff for your hands.
