That documentary is called The Boy Who Lived Before. His name is Cameron, and he lives in Glasgow but remembered a previous family he belonged to, called the Robertsons who lived on the isle of Barras; in a white house on the bay with 3 toilets, which he accurately described. Interesting enough to make you think...

Question everything, assume nothing - cause you can ALWAYS be surprised.

Prior to the internet, lack of knowledge kept people weak. With the existence of the internet, is knowledge power?

The more people share knowledge, the weaker those in power become. Society becomes more equal, and less hierarchical. Power has to come from "respect" rather than keeping society in ignorance of the facts.

A leader who cannot control what knowledge a population has, needs to use the populations respect for his/her principles and integrity to lead rather than by feeding selective biased information and withholding knowledge of the truth.

Knowledge is definitely power. What is even more powerful is the skill to filter out the crap. I am trying to think of a unique gift / skill etc, but it is hard to be unique in a big world. There is usually someone who shares our gifts. Good question.

I'm not sure how someone can say they don't have anything unique about them since we are not all clones of each other. We all have a special skill or something we are particularly good at, mine would be the ability to turn an idea into a reality, hence I do alot of it as a graphic designer.

I definately think that knowledge is power but its doesn't always get you anywhere unless you know people who are in high places to get you into a higher position. Knowledge isn't a gift you, as grow up you learn more from everyday lift and experiences. You learn something knew everyday. That's knowledge.

The program you mentioned sounds interesting, I'll watch it if I don't forget.

Knowledge is power, but still I can't charge up a battery with the power of thought alone.

No, capability does no longer create know-how. capability without know-how = abuse. no longer that understanding something may be familiar yet disregarded and capability used soly for a definite purpose. yet capability on my own and via itself may be lack of understanding blatantly and bluntly used. Take Hitler working example, uncooked brutal capability used ignorantly and maliciously. That substitute into an occasion of capability without know-how. know-how inherently has capability contained interior it by using fact it extremely is used to attain issues that during any different case does no longer be achieveable without it.
