That happens to me, too. What goes up must come down. I've had three kids so it won't hurt your chances of getting pregnant. It is supposed to come out. The ones that hang around are absorbed by your body or washed away over time by vaginal discharge. Sperm can live in the body a few days, also, so don't worry. You can put your legs up as other ladies have described and you can also hold off for a few days before you are fertile to make his sperm count higher when you have sex on your fertile days. Hey, if you want to seize the fort, you need all the soldiers you can get, right?
Hope this helps! :0)

It's very normal after having sex to have some "leftovers" that don't stay in. This is what causes the famous "wet spot" This is actually a mix of several fluids. Including semen, sperm, and your own vaginal fluid. A woman's body produces fluid not only for lubrication but also as a natural spermicide. It prevents slower sperm--less healthy--from making it into the cervix. Now if your trying to get pregnant many doctors feel that raising your hips with a pillow right after ejaculation helps increase your chances. However sperm enters the cervix within 30seconds of a mans ejaculating inside the vagina. (which is why douching after sex is not a good birth control) So who really knows wether or not it works. You can increase the amount of fluid that is exposed to the cervix by having and orgasm either while your partner is or right after. One of the purpose's of female orgasm is the contracting of the uterus. Which in turn causes the womans cervix to "dip" into the mans ejaculated seman. hey just another good reason for your partner to give you orgasms!!! I hope this helps! Good luck!

It is natural for semen to find its way back out after sometime. That is gravity doing what it is supposed to. That does not mean you can not get pregnant. It has to do with the time of month when you have intercourse in relation to ovulation and menstruation. if you are using chemical contraceptives that influences the process somewhat. I have heard that it may take up to 6 months after you discontinue chemical contraceptives to get pregnant. I highly recommend you go to your doctor and give yourself a goood check up and your partner also to make sure everything is functioning . once you get the green light just relax and try often but don't fret. then before you know it you'll be mommy. good luck and have fun

The semen contains.. fluids which provide nutrients and healthy environment to sperms..its ina gel form.. initially and after some time becomes thinner.... that is what runs out.. not the sperms.. so stay cool..
it happens with everyone.. but putting a pillow under ur butt..while in the act help retain them..and raising legs for 20min after the act also helps.

Well it happens to me all the time and I always need to wash myself. But I think that's the way it is supposed to be because even a single drop of semen is enough to get you pregnant. When your man fires , he shoots all the way, hits the target and what is excess runs out all the way back.

That is not a problem, and you dont need bucket loads of semen to get pregnant, only a drop could make it happen. If you want to conceive, then best time to have is right after your periods.

I don't know why but yes sometime it does run out even if you are on your back
but that does not interfere with becoming preg
at least I have never heard that it does to make sure
why don't you just put two pillow under your buttock
maybe that will help keep some in

a certain amount will run out thats normal but enough stays inside to do the job it was intended to do a good tip if ur trying to concieve is after sex to lie on ur back with ur legs in the air for a while i know it sounds silly but it is proven to aid the sperm in their journey best of luck

That happened to my ex all the time. No, you can still get PG. Have him keep going a little after he does and this will drive more of that deeper in you (IE the boys wont have to swim as far).
