YES. Due to the size of babies they can get very sick very fast.
Does she have a fever? Fevers are deal breakers to me. Is she pulling on ear(s). Is she sleeping through the night or crying and thrashing around. Does her throat sound raspy, like it might hurt? Any nasal discharge? Yellow or green? Now, a biggy, dehydration...are her diapers wet or are they mostly dry when you go and check them? do her eye's seem dry and maybe red? If you press your fingernail down on her fingernail does the pink come right back into her nail bed right away,, or does it stay
white? What does her poo look like? poo that doesn't look normal is a sign of illness. If your daughter is showing some of these sign's I would highly re comment the doctors office, and if she's closed don't be shy; about going to the emergency room. :)
I don't want to scare you, and I'm sure you know this but just in case you don't.........Strep can Kill

i would take it serious about this strip throat because it is going around and i would take my baby to the doctor as soon as i could..because babies cant tell us whats wrong or you should be able to call your babies doctor and tell them the signs and ask them what you should do..
Signs of strep throat include throat pain, pus on the tonsils, fever, headache, vomiting, stomach ache, and tiredness. These could also be signs of viral sore throat, so you really can’t tell if it is strep without doing a strep test. Two common tests are the throat culture (takes 24 hours, 95% accurate) and the strep antigen test (takes 5 minutes, 95% accurate).

My dr always told me that babies under 2 can't get strep,,,don't have the "tissues" for it. I always could call the Dr. and describe symptoms, nurse would let me know whether to bring in or not. However, I would take her, just to be on the safe side. The hard thing with babies is that they can't tell you where it hurts! Their little ears get infected easily, and antibiotics are needed to help clear those up and prevent damage.

it does not have to be serious to see a Dr when it comes to our children. If your concerned take him to see the Dr cheek to see the child has a fever as well although I am not familiar Tylenol I am guessing it is some sort of Paracetamol or pain relief medication for babies or young children. So there for if the child has a fever then it may not show up if the child is on some type of medication like this.

If I were in your shoes I would take her in. She may have an ear infection or something that needs treatment. Worst case scenario you take her in and it's a virus that will pass but you will feel better knowing what you are dealing with. Hope she is better soon.

When it comes to a sick child, it's better to be safe then sorry.
If you take your baby to the Dr. and there is nothing wrong, at least it will relieve your mind, which is worth it! And if they find something it's better to treat it early on. So don't wait! Go asap
