1) Go for Meditation...
2) Try to read spritual books
3) Make connectivity with smthing else so that whenever SEX arise on ur mind just connect it with Ur goal, ur health, god etc anything which inspires u.
4) Do some Exersice(Physically)
5) Proper time Mgt. U shouldn't have spare time to think wat u don't want...
6) Follow the rule :Go to bed Early, Wake Up early!!!

the easy w3ay that try to melt ur mind in some other way like any religious activities or any other work from which you are never free or second just have a lot of sex with ur wifer or with ur girlfriend, and after some days when you will get bored there will be nothing tht type in ur mind...

Intense physical workout, read a book, watch a movie without sex in it (good luck there), talk to friends, learn a new language.

workout or find a girl you love and do fun things with her and have a greta sexual relationship with her .theres nothing wrong you seem healthy thats all.HUMAN NATURE
