cause I dont want to go to sleep because of the really bad dreams I have. I try to meditate and stuff and all that subconscience mind stuff but it hasnt worked. I take sleeping pills and I still dream. I dont mind dreaming some of the time but I would like one night were it was no negativity in my dreams. Its not like some monster stuff, most of the time, it is just really bumbed out stuff, what do you think? Any suggestions?

And if dreams come from the subconscience why cant I train my subconscience not to imprent funddy stuff in my dream scape?

I've had nightmares my entire life, and it's no big deal to me. Since I have a nightmare every day, I can deal with it pretty well. After waking up from a nightmare in the middle of the night, I quickly turn my attention to something more happier and can go back to sleep pretty fast. Do you know that even newborn babies have nightmares? Having nightmares is normal. Don't make it a big deal. The websites below might help you to deal with and understand your nightmares.

Go to a psychologist and tell him your problem.

He can get rid of your nightmares in two or three hypnotic sessions.

Something bad has got into your subconscious mind which you will not be able to locate when your are awake. But the psychologist can thru hypnotic sessions. Once he manages to convince your subconscious mind that what it is afraid of isn't really there then you can stop seeing scary dreams n start seeing dirty dreams...lol

Try to think about happy things before you go to sleep, think of things you have done that were fun... also i dont know if it really works, but it did for me (or i thought it did and so it did) get a dreamcatcher... people say they will catch all of your bad dreams and when they get full, and you start to have bad dreams again, you just hang them out a window and let the wind blow through them and everything will be fine again..... other than that i dont know what to tell you, but i hope that you will be able to figure out what is causing your bad dreams and that you will be able to help control them.....Just think of happy things....

I used to have significant night mares from being raped, to being buried alive. And a lot worse, til a chum advised me to pay interest on something I want would desire to happen or think of of the sturdy issues in existence til I fell asleep, and then the nightmares stopped. perhaps this would help you.

Have you tried exercising before bed to make yourself tired ?
Also try repeating a word or phrase . Sometimes for me it is as simple as concentrating on my breathing , in , out , long deep breaths . Good luck I know you must be exhausted .

Dreams are usually related to stuff we are dealing with while awake, focus on the rest of your life and you might find your answer.

I would suggest you to join a gym work out ,and change your diet.

Also try to get a nice relaxing bath before you goto sleep.

As a child i too had this problem. My father told me to keep an iron knife and my problem of nightmares was solved, try it . It could work for you too

there somthingwhich is bothering you very heavly .so try and find out ur problem and solve out ur insecurities .Try to organise ur life and soon u gonna see the difference
