eat good food and exercise regularly. intake lots of water about 4-5 liters a day so that all the toxins in ur body go out and also you will get a kinda glow in your skin.

first of all, you do not have to starve your self to be slim. example, buying a hamburger but skipping the cheese, use mustard instead on mayo, pretzels over fat leaden chips. all these daily choices add up to calories that you will not have to burn off, that covers slim, to be trim you need to be active where you work out and keep the muscle tone you want. hope this has been very helpful, from slim in his 40's

set a target for urself in a limited period.it should be realistic.
keep giving autosuggestions to urself that u r gettin slim.
yoga is the only way out of this.if u play any sport,go to gym then after stoppin the activity u will bloat but even if u stop yoga in between u wont bloat.avoid bananas.

reduce eating carborhydrates and let your body sweat for a least an hour a day. If you are thinking what exercise is best, try playing badminton coz it is a good substitute from going to gym.

Chain yourself to the wall out of reach of the fridge. Have a great supply of water and tell your friends you are going on vacation for a week and to come see you right away afterward.

mail me your height and weight
i will calculate BMI (body mass index)
BMI=weight / (Height in metre x Height in metre)
If BMI is
- below 20 then underweight
- 21 to 25 then normal
- 26 to 30 then overweight
- 31 above then obese.
also mail me your hip and waist dimensions tp calculate waist to hip ratio.
(WHR should not be more than 0.8 in males and not more than 1 in females
WHR=Waist in cm. / Hips in cm.
