No. WWE wants Cena to be huge, and his fan base tends to go down when he's Champ. Also, Smackdown! needs the new blood, or old blood since he's originally a SD! guy. Besides, statistics prove that Cena had more fans on SD!. Why? No clue! Probably because there's less to root for on SD!, but he needs it and WWE needs it.
