I don't think that a c cup is that big to get a reduction, I have DDD and if a had the money I would've gotten a breast reduction a long time ago. So, don't feel bad about your breast there are women who are bigger and have problems buying blouses like I do. Try losing some weight instead. I think the majority get breast reduction for medical reasons. I hope this will help. Good luck.

I've known a few people who had breast reductions. The reason for this was that their breasts were so heavy they were having physical pain and problems from them. To just want to change from a c cup to a b cup is not a good reason to go through radical surgery. I don't know if you're overweight or not, but if you are, try losing some weight and your breasts might naturally reduce.

Try working out those muscles behind the breast to reduce the size. Breasts have a lot of fatty tissue, so strengthening those muscles will slim you down without surgery. Try going to a local gym where a personal trainer is on staff to customize a plan just for you. Be encouraged.

you really should "need" to do the reduction. I cant imagine a c cup being uncomfortable and cumbersome enough to go through the risk and pain.
