I was more worried that maybe the car might be lopsided. That happened once in another car I had and when you turned a corner you could feel an imbalance.

He's not going to hurt your car. The hardest part will be getting in and out, but he's probably used to that. I wouldn't worry about it too much. You'll probably want to put the seat back a ways before he gets in it, this should make things easier.

Ok, you will feel the weight on your shocks. The car will "sink" down when he is in the vehicle. There will be some kind of inbalance but it wont be all that noticable.
The best place for him to ride would be in the center of the back seat, this way the weight it dispersed and there wont be so much of an unleveled feeling.
I have had an expirience of a heavy woman that broke the frame of a person's car getting into it. She didnt "sit" down she just kinda "dropped" onto the seat. I will admit though the car wasnt in the best shape ever.
Giving this person ride a short distance should not be a problem. However.. if you were to constantly drive himaround like on a daily basis it would do major damage to your suspension system among other things.

oh ya.. watch out for speed bumps / bumps/ dips in the road. You might want to avoid driving over these things to avoid damage to the undercarriage of the car.

How often do you have to give this quarter pounder a ride? Over time, your shocks and suspension wont be suspending anything but you, keeping you in suspense, wondering if you're going to make it around that turn without rolling over. I wouldn't worry too much about it if it is a one time deal Now, if you already have front end/tire or suspension problems and/or value your life, I would graciously decline. This is why.

Let me give you a safety tip. In a roll over accident, the last thing I would want rolling around in the car with me is a 400 pound person. Think about it. Truthfully, think about your safety. Anything can happen in the blink of an eye. It is absolutely insane when a rollover occurs. A 400 pound person will probably bust right out of the seatbelt and land on you, hurt and unable to get off of you and then you could die too. Sorry, but I had to tell an aquaintance of mine that I changed my mind because I had my little daughter in the car and he totally agreed and called a cab. I apologized profusely and he said he understood. We are still friends too. Hope this helps.

it won't hurt the car check the air in the tires before to make sure they are full of air and the rest will be fine,if you put 4 or 5 people in the car it would weigh more then 4 or 5 hundred pounds the car is made to handle a lot of weigh

Sorry, if I were you, I won't offer him a ride in my car
considering his 400 lbs weight and huge size. Instead I'll tell
him to take a ride in a truck which is much bigger and can fit
his size.
