There were 10 series. Most had 24 episodes. A few had only 22. The 10th series only had about 18 because they'd run out of ideas. Having done a search for a page with all the episodes on: by my calculations the total number of episodes is 236.
And as additional information: Joey, the Friends spin-off series, had 2 series with 24 episodes in the first series and 22 in the second, making a total of 46.

There where 10 seasons and 236 episodes - Seasons 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9 had 24 episodes each; seasons 3 and 6 had 25 and season 10 had 18 (which was disappointing for all of us fans).

A ballpark figure would be around 235 episodes,
as not every season has 24 episodes.
