2000 - 2009 and 2010 - 2019 probably won't end up being referred to as anything just like is the case with the 1900's - Decades only have 'names' from 1920 onwards.
I suppose they could be the noughties and the tens.

I don't think anyone ever decided. For awhile, I heard it said as "The Double O's" which I find odd to refer to zeros as "o"s.
